- Pink Wellness reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any point of time, including those related to promotions, rewards as it is deems necessary from time to time.

Poduct & Refund Policy
- For hygiene purposes, all goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless otherwise stated.
- All goods found to be worn or damaged will not be refunded.
- However, in instances where customer feels that a refund is justified, the customer must submit a refund request.
- Please provide the following details together with your request via email:
a) Membership ID
b) Transaction Reference No
c) Valid reasons for cancellation or refund - All requests must be submitted within 3 days after receiving the items.
- All requests are subjected to approval base on case by case basis.
Price and Payment Policy
- All prices stated in Pink Wellness are in SGD unless otherwise stated.
- All prices are nett (excludes postage cost).
- All updates on prices will be announced in our sites accordingly.
- Upon submission of orders, we will reply your email within 2 working days, with a confirmation email to ensure products are available and price that need to be paid up.
- Un-responded confirmation email within 2 days will be considered as cancellation of order.
- All payments must be made within 3 days after our confirmation email.
- If payment has not been received after the said period, items may possibly be sold to other potential buyer.
- Please do not submit your order if you do not intend to follow up with the payment.
- Pink Wellness shall reserve the rights to file any missing in action (MIA) customers into our blacklist.
- Shipment of orders will be processed only after payments have been successfully credited into our bank account.
- Receipts of payment should be retained for verification purposes.
- Pink Wellness will not be liable for any claims of payment if buyer is unable to produce any of the above to verify the payment made.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Pink Wellness will ensure all good delivered are properly packed and sent out.
- Currently we only ship within Singapore
- For deliveries to other destinations outside Singapore, please write to pinkwellness@gmail.com
- Mailing address cannot be changed once the item is posted out.
- Pink Wellness will not be responsible for any loss of items during the delivery process.
- Registered mail is recommended for all products when tracking is possible.
- Military and P.O box address
Due to delivery restrictions, deliver will not be available for APO/FPO and P.O box address. - Singpost will normally take 2 to 4 working days to deliver the items (excludes weekends and public holiday)

Name, Address, Email, Contact, by sending us an email with your membership ID with subject Change of Particulars - Membership will be verified via email address.
- To unsubscribe from Membership, you may contact us via email.
- However, unsubscribe members will no longer enjoy any benefits and reward points shall be forfeited.
